1. Application and approval
Affiliate participation is by application and written approval. TrueFuel Labs may approve, deny, pause, or terminate an affiliate account at its discretion. Submission of an application does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency, franchise, or right to represent TrueFuel Labs.
2. Referral attribution
Unless an affiliate is assigned different terms in writing, eligible referrals use a 30-day attribution period and the last valid affiliate referral wins. An assigned affiliate coupon code may override a conflicting referral link because it is the buyer’s purchase-time selection. Direct visits do not erase a valid referral during its active attribution period.
3. Commissions
Commission rates are assigned per affiliate. Commissions are calculated on net product revenue after coupon discounts and before payment-processing fees. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent purchases, internal tests, self-referrals, and ineligible transactions do not earn commission.
4. Holding period and payment
Commissions are generally held for 30 days before approval. TrueFuel Labs may require identity, tax, or payment information before issuing a payout. Payout timing and method may depend on the affiliate’s location and the available payment method.
5. Refunds and reversals
A pending or approved commission is voided when the related sale is refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise reversed. If a commission was already paid, the amount may be deducted from future affiliate earnings.
6. Required disclosure
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their financial relationship with TrueFuel Labs whenever sharing a referral link, coupon code, endorsement, review, or promotional content. A suitable disclosure is: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my TrueFuel Labs link or code.”
7. Health and marketing claims
Affiliates may describe their genuine experience and use approved TrueFuel materials. Affiliates may not claim that TrueFuel Labs products diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any medical condition; guarantee weight loss; prevent muscle loss; fix side effects; replace medical care; or carry clinical, physician, or dietitian endorsement unless TrueFuel Labs has approved that exact statement in writing.
8. Prohibited conduct
Prohibited conduct includes spam, deceptive advertising, impersonation, false urgency, trademark bidding without written approval, misleading domains or social accounts, coupon posting where prohibited, self-referrals, unauthorized sub-affiliate networks, and promotion in communities that forbid commercial links.
9. Brand use
TrueFuel Labs grants approved affiliates a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use approved program materials solely to promote TrueFuel products. Affiliates may not alter logos, create confusingly similar brands, or imply ownership of TrueFuel intellectual property.
10. Program changes and termination
TrueFuel Labs may update program terms, commission rates, attribution rules, products, coupons, or program availability. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates. Termination ends future referral eligibility but does not automatically eliminate commissions already approved and legitimately earned.
